The first Mercadito Fest arrives tonight at Yoyo’s Botaneria, 5–9 PM, with music, cumbia lessons, and food from Eden Area vendors. Plus: we’re launching a campaign to ban the junk fees costing Eden tenants up to $700 a month on top of rent.
